Job Description:
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Call Planning & Targeting - GM&S Hyderabad
Job Purpose:
To provide analytical support for the call planning capability of Novartis Global Marketing & Sales Operations Hyderabad with the ability to understand the Data Quality Management (DQM) processes, load data into the call planning & targeting (CP&T) system and perform post processing of data to supporting management reporting
Required Skills:
Strong analytical background demonstrated through successfully completed assignments
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel - can manipulate data from different sources in Mi-crosoft Excel to produce meaningful analyses
Advanced skills in SAS - ability to use SAS for manipulating complex data from mul-tiple sources
Ability to work independently, under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative leadership ability
