Principal Services Industries Fund will be merged with Principal Growth Fund

Principal Mutual Fund has approved the merger of Principal Services Industries Fund with Principal Growth Fund, with effect from August 10, 2012.

 

The existing unit holders, who do not approve of the above merger, have an option to exit the scheme anytime between July 12, 2012 and August 10, 2012 without paying any exit load.

 

However, the unit holders who choose to remain invested in Principal Services Industries Fund shall be allotted units of Principal Growth Fund at applicable NAV as on August 10, 2012
