Merger of Templeton India GSF- Treasury Plan into Templeton India GSF- Composite Plan

 

Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has announced the merger of Templeton India GSF- Treasury Plan into Templeton India GSF- Composite Plan. Following the merger, there will be no change in the fundamental attributes of the schemes.

 

The existing unit holders, who do not approve of the above merger, have an option to exit the scheme anytime between June 18, 2014 to July 17, 2014 without paying any exit load.

 

The change will be effective from July 18, 2014.
