ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has approved the change in Exit Load of ICICI Prudential Equity Income Fund with effect from January 25, 2016 as follows:

1. 20% of the units redeemed within 1 year : NIL
2. Units redeemed in excess of the above limit within 1 year: 1%
3. Switches made to all open ended equity schemes within 1 year except ICICI Prudential Balanced Fund and ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage Fund: NIL
4. Units redeemed after 1 year: NIL
