Annual Financial Reports

 





1 Listed companies are required by law to upload their annual financial reports at the stock exchange where they are listed.

2 Stock exchange websites provide downloads of annual reports and other information submitted by listed companies, under the `Corporates Menu' tab.

3 Since 2010, financial reports have been uploaded in soft form only. Historical information prior to that may not be available on the stock exchange websites.

4 Companies are required to disclose all financial information intended for shareholders on their corporate websites.These details can be found under the `Investor Relations' tab.

5 Financial information about unlisted companies is not in the public domain as they have not gone public or sought capital from outside investors.
